Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Bootcamp (Part 1)


Audience Profile

This course is for individuals that are required to meet their certification compliance and pass the CISSP exam.

The CISSP Bootcamp course will expand upon your security knowledge by addressing the essential elements of the 8 domains as designated by (ISC)2 for information systems security professionals. The course offers a job-related approach to the security process, while providing the basic skills required to prepare for CISSP certification.  

This course is open to eligible personnel appointed on letter to a DoD 8140.03 work role/proficiency level that corresponds with the
certification requested.

The 2-week bootcamp format allows the instructor and
students to identify weak areas as material is covered each day with the course
covered in the morning and assessments of the material completed and reviewed
in the afternoon.  This allows flexibility in instruction to support
additional training on these areas and eliminates the rush to complete.  

This format also allows consistent readiness for the
certification exam by the last day of class assuming the student is able to
gain the exam proctor slot.  The 2-week format also allows the student to
review/read all information provided to prepare for the exam.
